[ldv-project] Cannot visit port 8999 after installing statistics visualization

Hi Lucefe,

please, read "$LDV_TOOLS_SRC/stats-visualizer/README". As well see 
Section "ADDITIONAL PREREQUISITES" in "$LDV_TOOLS_SRC/INSTALL". I hope 
that your issue is already covered there.
