[ldv-project] can not download ldv-docker-0.8.tar.gz

Thank you for the report.
We have updated the link to the LDV image:
http://sed.ispras.ru/fmprac/data/ldv-docker-0.8.tar.gz

But as you may know, we switched from LDV Tools to the next generation
toolset that is called KLEVER:
https://forge.ispras.ru/projects/klever
