Yes, you can move cxgbit_set_one_ppod() from cxgbit_ddp.c to libcxgb_ppm.c and
rename it to cxgbi_ppm_set_one_ppod() and remove cxgbi_ddp_set_one_ppod()
from libcxgbi.c.
