Please please please cc netdev@ for this kind of patch.

gso_size has no relation to @needed.

I doubt div64_u64_rem() is needed.

SKBFL_SHARED_FRAG should not be abused like that.

Bug must be elsewhere. Do you have a repro ?

I think syzbot has a similar report.
