Blah. I've found that Thunderbird do some nasty tricks with empty lines even
if 'Composition' is set to 'Only Plain Text', so copy-pasting into new mail
window doesn't work as someone might expect :-(, and 'mailx' and other
command line soldiers are still our best friends.
