[lvc-project] [PATCH 5.10/6.1 0/1] wifi: rtlwifi: rtl8192se: remove redundant rtl_get_bbreg() call

SVACE reports an unchecked function result in 5.10 and 6.1
stable releases since the commit d15853163bea ("rtlwifi: rtl8192se: Merge phy routines")
that caused this report was appeared.

The problem has been fixed by the following upstream patch that was adapted
to 5.10 and 6.1. All of the changes made to the patch in order to adapt it
are described at the end of commit message.

Found by Linux Verification Center (linuxtesting.org) with SVACE.
