[rulkc] [PATCH v2 14/16] config: update LANDAU acronym and branding

[Dmitry Rokosov]

LANDAU officially stands for "Linux And Neo-Depositorium Associated
Unity". Update the site title and description in both README.md and
_config.yml to reflect the correct acronym and remove outdated "Kernel"
references.
