[lvc-project] [PATCH 6.1 00/15] genetlink: Test Netlink subsystem of Linux v6.1

The Netlink subsystem currently lacks comprehensive test coverage. This
work provides extensive automated selftests that achieve 84.0% coverage for
af_netlink.c and 88.8% for genetlink.c, ensuring correct functionality.
