[rulkc] [PATCH v3 06/40] landau-linux: maintenance: Cleanup the description text

First of all the English work "maintenance" in the middle of the Russian
text looks inappropriate. Secondly the process described in the document
is already "official" by itself since it's presented in the repo
description. Finally let's collect the definitive nouns at the tail of the
sentence to summarize the description.
