Development of Linux Standards
- The Linux Foundation develops Linux Standard Base (LSB) (ISO/IEC 23360) - the main modern Linux standard uniting all the key Linux specifications and upstream documentation.
- The Austin Common Standards Revision Group maintains The Single UNIX Specification, main part of which is POSIX.1 standard (other names are IEEE Std 1003.1, ISO/IEC 9945, The Open Group Base Specifications Issue 6).
