Issue of the Standard # S0269

Brief

No errors are defined in the description of the gzopen() and gzdopen() functions.

Detailed Description

The section ‘Errors’ of the description of the function gzopen() states the following: “On error, gzopen() may set the global variable errno to indicate the error.”
However this section does not describe any error situation and any error code.
The same is for the gzdopen() function.
