Issue of the Standard # S0369

Brief

The xdr_destroy() is absent in LSB 3.1

Detailed Description

13.3.1.1. ‘Interfaces for RPC’ refers to the xdrmem_create(), xdrrec_create() functions what are described in SVID.3 and used for creation of XDRs. However, standard does not refer to the xdr_destroy() function that is needed for freeing of XDRs.
